BEFORE submitting an application, here are some important things to note.
- We require spay/neuter no later than 24 months of age - failure to do this will result in additional fees.
- We require ANY of the dogs/puppies that we place be returned to us at any point in their lifetime if for any reason the ORIGINAL owners are unable to keep the dog/puppy.
- We require all of the dogs that we produced to be registered with the name prefix Sunflower Farms. (For example if you want to register your dog with the name Sir Waffles, the AKC registered name on the registration papers and pedigree would read "Sunflower Farms Sir Waffles"
- We require a vet exam to be done within 72 hours of taking your puppy/dog home - please ensure that this is scheduled well in advance.
